The students selected by Well Stay Education study one month in US Redlands Christian School. The students had orientation week to familiar study life in Redlands and study in the existed classes with local students. The students from Global Citizen Organization helped the short-term students to register in the teaching system and show them how to study in the teaching system. And the school arrange city tour in Los Angles and campus tour in UCLA for the short-term students.

The students study American History, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ESL and other courses. American History is difficult for the students. Other courses is easier. The school adjust the teaching level based on the students’ academic background. ESL teacher help the students practice English skills by games and other enjoyable activities.

The students live in the host families arranged by Redlands Christian School. Members of Host families are all Christians. The host families are responsible for the students’ transportation from home to school and prepare meals for the students. The host families help students to fit in American life. The students practice English when they communicate with host families’ members.

帮帮留学组织上师初级中学国际班学生赴美国加州雷德兰兹学校插班四周。学生们与雷德兰兹学校在校学生一共学习美国历史，数学，物理，化学和生物等课程。学校根据学生们的学术水平安排相应的班级来就读。同时学校安排了洛杉矶和加州大学洛杉矶分校的参观游览。

老师们给所有插班学生注册学校的学生管理系统，里面有预加载的一些学习小软件，老生会一对一给插班学生们讲解，帮助他们更好的使用学校的在线系统进行学习；ESL课程老师通过互动小游戏，让学生们多用英语交流，同时更好的了解学生们的兴趣爱好。

插班学生们由学校安排入住美国中产寄宿家庭。寄宿家庭负责学生们的饮食起居。插班学生们可以在寄宿家庭体验美国家庭文化并提高英语水平。
